Records Management

CAVOK provides traditional airline and aircraft MRO operators with stable, reliable record-keeping.

CAVOK uses AirVault, a proprietary electronic record-keeping tool designed exclusively for aircraft and engine records. AirVault ensures a secure online environment; rapid searching, storage and indexing; and optical character recognition capabilities.

Our services include auditing records for completeness and accuracy, initiating discrepancy resolution processes when required, recording compliance in the customer’s M&E IT system, and archiving and long-term storage of hard-copy records via Iron Mountain or an equivalent vendor of the client’s choice. These services, provided by analysts and specialists highly experienced in aviation, guarantee that clients comply with regulatory authorities’ airworthiness requirements.
