The expertise, skills, relationships, and geographic reach of the two firms will be combined to provide Airlines and Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO) operators in the Middle East and Asia Pacific with innovative solutions to meet their most pressing challenges. The two firms are immediately exploring joint opportunities in Vietnam, Malaysia, and Pakistan.
