CAVOK provides air carrier support services across all operational disciplines. CAVOK’s primary focus is on maintenance program solutions and air carrier manual systems, emphasizing Human Factors and Safety Management System (SMS) concepts. Additional information can be found below for each of the services CAVOK provides.
Certification Support Services (CSS)
CAVOK provides support to existing air carriers migrating to SMS, as well as new entrant carriers seeking certification. CAVOK assists these carriers in conforming to SMS concepts, and in achieving certification. Central to these efforts is the design and development of an air carrier’s operational processes, documented in the manual system.
CAVOK has developed its own supporting software solution, ISAT™, which allows air carriers to manage document content across its manual system, using proprietary manual subject coding, as well as generate dynamic compliance statements, and SAI conformance statements.

Maintenance Technical Solutions (MTS)
CAVOK designs, develops, deploys, and maintains Custom Inspection Program (CIP) solutions using CAVOK-created Work Cards. Together, our CIPs and Work Cards provide proven advantages over traditional task card solutions in the form of improved efficiency, accuracy, and control.
CAVOK has developed its own supporting software solution, COMMAND™, which delivers the management tools required for a CIP through an easy-to-use and efficient interface.

Aircraft Reliability, Conformity, and Bridging Services
CAVOK supplies various engineering services to air carriers, providing a cost-effective method for carriers to supplement their engineering needs.
CAVOK realizes that carriers introducing additional aircraft into a fleet face significant challenges. Much work of a one-time nature is involved, such as completing aircraft conformity and bridging aircraft to a new maintenance program. CAVOK has developed processes and software tools to assist with these tasks, and employs a professional staff of subject matter experts (SMEs) in aircraft conformity and bridging.

Technical Publication Services
Technical Publication services are available for all key technical documentation positions including: writing, editing, illustrating, formatting, and distribution services. CAVOK’s primary desktop publishing tool is Adobe FrameMaker, with PDF delivery for print and on-line search and display. The CAVOK TechPubs staff also has expertise in most other desktop publishing and graphic design applications.
